Appointed in 1997. Mr Van der Raadt is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Desso Groep B.V., Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Maandag B.V., member of the Supervisory Board of Samas N.V., Director of Komfort B.V. and Director of A-Lanes A15 B.V. Mr Van der Raadt has extensive general management experience and specific knowledge in the area of financial corporate governance.
