Senior Vice President
Based at Unit4’s US headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, Scott is responsible for the company’s North America business operations spanning the US and Canada. He is responsible for the company’s growth and customer success covering sales, marketing, finance, HR, product and business development across the continent. He joined Unit4 in early 2015 having held executive roles at enterprise technology vendors including Salesforce.com, Oracle and SAP. He holds an Honours degree from UMass Lowell University and a Master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Chief Financial Officer
Michele Zangri is Vice-President of Operations and CFO for Unit4 in North America. A member of the Unit4 team since 1995, Michele oversees Finance and Operations. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Massachusetts Lowell, Michele went on to earn her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She has been working in the software industry for over 20 years.
Vice President, Professional Services
Paul Lovell is the Vice President of Professional Services for North America at Unit4. He is responsible for leading the delivery, operations and growth of Unit4’s Professional Services teams across all products. The Professional Services team is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the most out of their investment by helping them transform their business. The team provides industry-leading consulting and project expertise to help clients grow revenue and profits, deliver project success, gain business insight and provide superior service. Paul has over 25 years of experience in leading client-facing professional services organizations. Paul is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Economics.
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Millard is responsible for sales and partner operations. He has an exceptional track record in building winning sales strategies in competitive markets, leading successful sales and alliance management teams, and creating key strategic partner relationships. Jim’s career spans more than 20 years in information technology in North America and Europe. The former Global Head of Sales at Information Mosaic in Dublin, he was Vice President of Sales, Service Industries with Lawson Software, and held various sales and management positions at Sequent Computer Systems and Unisys Corporation.
