Spain and Netherlands, April 28, 2014. UNIT4, the global leader in software that supports business change, today announced The Miguel de Cervantes European University (UEMC) in Spain has chosen UNIT4 to implement a new EMS (Education Management System).
The UNIT4 Agresso software will allow it to set the foundations for business growth, lessen administrative tasks, optimise financial information and Human Resource management, and provide a better service to its students. It will also support the University's expansion plans.
UEMC wanted a proven education market solution, with sector specific functionality. At the same time it wanted an adaptable solution to allow it to "choose its own fate" and stop relying on outside providers to change, modify or maintain its management solutions.
Agresso for Education offers UEMC complete and extensive functionality and has already been implemented in more than 400 top institutions around the world. This experience and knowledge gave UEMC peace of mind it could be up and running quickly.
Implementation will be staggered across the University through 2014.
