Unit4 forms Education Advisory Council to gather input on industry issues

Unit4, a fast growing leader in enterprise applications for service organizations, today announced the formation of an Advisory Council dedicated to the Education sector. Formed as part of Unit4’s strategic focus on delivering leading solutions to education institutions globally, the Council includes senior education customer representatives and leading industry experts. 

The first Advisory Council meeting takes place today at Unit4’s global Connect Conference in Amsterdam. Council members will be encouraged to exchange knowledge and experience that will support Unit4’s sector approach to product development and ensure that all future innovation is prioritized based on real customer and sector need.

“Transformational change is happening on all fronts in higher education,” said Jami Morshed, the VP of the Global Center of Excellence for Education at Unit4. “Competition for students is fierce. Institutions are being held accountable for results. And new economic models are asking them to do more with less. Unit4 has a bold vision on how to help institutions address these challenges, and we are excited to collaborate with our customers to expand that vision into reality. The Education Advisory Council will help us do just that.”
