Unit4, the fast growing leader in enterprise applications for services organizations, today announced the appointment of Yann Leca as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 5 September 2016.
Yann will be responsible for finance, procurement, IT and legal affairs at Unit4. Previously, Yann has held several senior positions at private equity-owned companies, most recently that of CFO and member of the Management Board and Executive Committee at Salt (formerly Orange Switzerland), a large mobile operator. In that role, Yann was responsible for all financial matters and led several major financial transactions as well as co-led a large reorganization program for the company. He also managed the investor relations and financial communications functions, and led the strategy, procurement and financial systems teams.
Prior to Salt, Yann was Polyconcept’s CFO during most of his 16-year tenure, Head of Financial Control at Saga (Bolloré Group) and Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. He began his career as Credit Officer at Banque Paribas in Dubai. Yann is French and graduated from HEC Paris in 1988.

Yann succeeds Ray Leclercq, who had been in the role of CFO since 2014 and is stepping down to pursue new business endeavors.
