Unit4 to Offer Wanda Bot as Standard to Boost a Conversational User Experience

Utrecht, Netherlands, 14th May, 2019 – Unit4, an ERP leader dedicated to people experience, announced today that its early to market enterprise bot, Wanda, will be offered to Unit4 Business World ERP customers as standard to help them more quickly adopt the modern People Experience their people expect at work today.

Wanda was announced in May 2017 and is a core component of the leading people experience Unit4 wants to deliver through its enterprise applications. Wanda provides a friendly and simple gateway to data in Unit4 solutions through a conversational user experience (CUX) using natural language. It adds a level of intelligence and context to suggest actions and help people complete tasks so they can focus on what matters and be their best selves at work. Today, Wanda operates through Slack, Skype, Microsoft Teams and Facebook Messenger and has recently been extended to cover five languages including, English, Norwegian, Swedish, French and German.
