UNIT4, the global leader in software solutions that enable business change, today announced the final two appointments to its new leadership team as it accelerates its efforts devoted to innovation and growth.
Ray Leclercq takes on the position of CFO with responsibility for group finance and legal affairs. He will play a vital role in the future growth of the company and its transition to a subscription-based business model as SaaS revenue continues to accelerate ahead of license revenue growth, by 40 per cent in the first half of 2014.
Ray joins UNIT4 from private equity firm The Gores Group, where he held the position of Managing Director, European Operations and had responsibility for portfolio company oversight and controls. He previously held the CFO and most recently the CTO (Chief Transformation Officer) role at Unify, a unified communications business and a joint venture between Siemens AG and the Gores Group. Prior to that Ray worked for the BT Group and was the CFO for BT Global Services, following his role as CFO for BT Openreach. He began his career in general audit at Coopers and Lybrand.
