Ontario’s University of Waterloo is the latest university to acquire Unit4 Business World to handle its financial accounting and reporting needs. Announced today by Unit4 and ERP Connex, the University joins a global list of higher education customers that includes Royal Roads, Robert Morris, Sodertorn and Oxford-Cambridge Universities.

The University of Waterloo is based on a 1,000-acre campus with satellite locations in Kitchener, Cambridge and Stratford. With more than 35,000 students and around 1,500 faculty members, it is globally recognized as a top research university, ranked in the top 25 in the world for mathematics and computer science (Quacquarelli Symonds). There will be approximately 2,300 users of the Business World system.

The University of Waterloo will deploy the Business World Procurement module, along with Unit4’s standard ERP financial solutions. Its implementation will be assisted by Unit4 partner ERP Connex, who is quickly becoming a leading Unit4 implementation partner and reseller.
