Unit4, a fast growing leader in enterprise applications for service organizations, today announced that one of Poland’s largest insurance companies, WARTA Group, has selected its enterprise HR software to manage HR processes company-wide and deliver self-service efficiency to its 3,000 employees.
The WARTA Group is one of the largest insurance companies in Poland. Since 1920 it has offered motor, property, personal and life insurance to its clients. It employs more than 3,000 people and collaborates with 16,000 insurance agents.
The Unit4 HR system enables comprehensive handling of HR processes covering payroll and work time management. The system will be administered by 40 specialists from HR and other departments on a daily basis. Information systems supporting HR and payroll processes play a significant role in the critical process of remuneration calculation. Realizing payments in a timely manner and correctly calculating remuneration is a crucial component of the employer branding strategy, and enhances trust among employees.

WARTA also implements an employee self-service platform from Unit4 improving efficiency of the work time management process, and consequently the remuneration calculation process. Through self-service and automation HR processes are optimized while better serving employees. Processes like making annual leave requests, managing teamwork and personal development will be simplified.
