Manchester, NH,

  • New Unit4 Business World On! enables access to field workers from anywhere, any time
  • Intuitive interface is flexible and adaptable, equalling time and financial savings

Unit4, a fast growing leader in enterprise applications for service-centric organizations, today announced that PATH has selected Unit4 Business World On! to replace its legacy Microsoft Dynamics Solomon ERP. PATH joins NetHope members Ipas, Trocaire, Heifer International, Norwegian Refugee Council, Save the Children and The Nature Conservancy as a Unit4 Business World customer.

PATH, a 40-year-old, international non-profit based in Seattle, WA, saves lives and improves health, especially among women and children, in more than 70 countries. PATH accelerates innovation across five platforms – vaccines, drugs, diagnostics, devices, and system and service innovations. PATH has earned a 4-star rating on Charity Navigator for 12 consecutive years, scoring 100% for its accountability and transparency.

“PATH’s current financial software solutions were put into place many years ago and our organization has evolved to the point where they no longer meet our business needs. We would like to update our systems so that we can operate at a higher, more efficient level,” said Erik Arnold, CIO at PATH. “We believe that by updating our systems and business processes, we can reduce overhead costs and become a more effective, efficient and responsive organization.”

“PATH chose Unit4 Business World On! based on our knowledge and success with NGOs, and the fact that we offer a flexible solution,” said Scott Kamieneski, SVP and Managing Director of Unit4 North America. “The People Platform’s flexibility allows change and is adaptable enough that authorized users can do it in-house. This is integral for adhering to the regulatory requirements faced by NGOs.”

With strong involvement with InsideNGO and NetHope, Unit4 has substantial experience with NGOs and non-profit organizations around the world.
