Simon Paris
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Unit4, my priorities are to drive value, engagement and results for our customers, partners, employees and stakeholders, and through those priorities, drive long-term, sustainable SaaS growth. I am a passionate believer in the principle of "doing well by doing good", and a firm believer in how technology and software can have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Throughout my career, I have been a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, developing young talent, and encouraging both a growth and a "customer 4 life" mindset.
Outside of work, I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a BA (Hons) from the European Business School. On a personal note, I have been fortunate to live in several countries, including Spain, France, and the United States. My wife and I are blessed with three children and together we like to travel and embrace different cultures and enjoy sport. I am also a "hopeless" fan of classic cars.
Stuart Nash
Chief Operating Officer
I believe great customer and team outcomes come from clear priorities, reduced complexity, strong collaborative partnerships, and empowering people to focus on what matters most. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to lead teams through large-scale transformation, always with a focus on improving experiences for both customers and colleagues. I'm passionate about helping people succeed, driving meaningful change, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work and deliver lasting value.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and making the most of any opportunities I have to cycle, walk and travel to new places.
Claus Jepsen
Chief Technology Officer
I’ve been fascinated by technology since age 14: from my first Tandy TRS Model 1, through to developing cloud-based, super-scalable solutions and bringing innovative technologies such as AI, chatbots, and predictive analytics to ERP. We really can now have better, non-invasive and pervasive solutions — to improve People Experience and help us focus on what we truly love.
My spare time is spent with family and friends. I can often be found road biking to stay in shape, and I love experiencing different cultures through traveling.
Jennifer Sherman
Chief Product Officer
I am on a mission to improve the experience of work for as many people on this planet as I can. For me that means delivering tools and technology that enable people to make smarter, more effective decisions and to be as efficient as possible with our most valuable resource: time. It also means building and supporting great teams of people, so that they can have successful and productive chapters of their career while delivering great solutions to their clients and communities. I am an advocate for diversity of people, thoughts and ideas as we all work together to move technology and work forward.
Outside of work, my passion for lifelong learning drives me to be on the constant lookout for new classes to take; the more esoteric the better. From glass blowing to jam making, from Arduino programming to storytelling, if someone offers me a course on a new skill, I will probably sign up.
I have a BS and MS from Stanford University in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. I am a TEDx speaker, a certified judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society, and I am currently two weeks away from my bread baking diploma.
Johan Reventberg
Chief Revenue Officer
I’m passionate about making a real difference for our customers and people, with our innovative and industry-leading technology. I believe my main strength as a leader is to help sales-oriented teams and individuals discover and achieve their potential and, in doing so, helping to realize expected business, as well as personal outcomes. This is why I am at Unit4 and I’m really enjoying the ride.
I believe that the principles of empowerment, transparency and focus generate trust and results, that true diversity builds winning teams and that competitiveness is a core foundation for all businesses.
Most of my passions outside of work are sport related and can be experienced on or near a mountain, in both the winter and summer time, and preferably with the whole family. Life should be enjoyed, and practicing the ‘good-life’ outside of work with family and friends all over the world is a top priority for me.
Laura Gidley
Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Great decisions are built on a combination of data, insight, and collaboration. Throughout my career, I've enjoyed helping businesses navigate complexity, unlock opportunities for growth, building talented and loyal teams, and create sustainable value through strong financial leadership. I'm passionate about partnering with teams across the organisation to turn financial insight into action and support the long-term success of both our people and our business.
Since joining Unit4 in 2022, I've had the opportunity to lead our FP&A function and contribute to shaping the company's financial strategy, reporting, and performance management capabilities. As Deputy CFO, my focus is on supporting informed decision-making, driving operational excellence, and helping the business achieve its strategic goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. My son and our much-loved family dog certainly keep me active and on my toes. I'm also a passionate traveler and self-confessed foodie, and I love discovering new places, cultures, and cuisines. When time allows, I enjoy keeping fit and can often be found at my local gym.
Tania Garrett
Chief People Officer
I believe the key to business success is a shared cause and purpose, genuine leaders and world class people. Throughout my career I’ve had the great fortune to be part of businesses where I’ve been able to help shape each of these elements. I’m passionate about helping people achieve a shared sense of success in their own development and business performance whilst driving engagement and loyalty through fully aligned business and people strategies.
When not working, my husband and I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends at the beautiful south west coast of the UK. We love to travel enjoying sun, snow, cities and mountains in equal measure.
Michelle Eisenberg
General Counsel
I am passionate about legal services driving business success. Whether it’s through advising on contracts, intellectual property, SaaS transformation, compliance or privacy, the legal function is well placed to provide input on strategy and can help connect the dots, to see the path ahead more clearly. I’ve been fortunate, throughout my career, to build and foster effective global legal teams in fast-paced technology companies and believe that both internal and external interactions with Legal should always be a pleasure.
Unit4 has a powerful combination: transformational technology that focuses on improving our customers’ experience; and our own people, who care deeply about the same mission. I am excited to be part of a company that aims to make a real difference for our people and communities.
