Stephan Sieber was appointed CEO of Unit4 in 2016. He joined Unit4 in 2014 with responsibility for driving strategy and corporate development. He became responsible for global sales operations in 2015. Stephan previously worked for SAP where he held multiple leadership positions over more than 10 years including Managing Director of SAP Switzerland and Chief Operating Officer of the region DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). He was also a member of the management team of SAP Germany.

Yann Leca

Yann Leca joined Unit4 in 2016 with responsibility for finance, procurement, IT and legal affairs. Previously, Yann has held several senior positions at private equity-owned companies, most recently that of CFO and member of the Management Board and Executive Committee at Salt (formerly Orange Switzerland), a large mobile operator. Prior to Salt, Yann was Polyconcept’s CFO during most of his 16-year tenure, Head of Financial Control at Saga (Bolloré Group) and Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. He began his career as Credit Officer at Banque Paribas in Dubai. Yann is French and graduated from HEC Paris in 1988.

Will joined Unit4 in 2016 with responsibility for the global sales organization and worldwide sales efforts, for the partner ecosystem and for customers’ success. He joined Unit4 from VMware, where for the past four years he was Managing Director of VMware's Cloud Management, Storage and Networking businesses for EMEA, Asia Pacific and Japan. Prior to this Will held a number of senior positions in the IT Industry as VP & General Manager EMEA at Openwave, EVP WW Sales at VOSS Solutions and VP & General Manager EMEA at Amdocs, formerly Cramer Systems.

Christophe Haugen

Christophe Haugen joined Unit4 in 2016 with responsibility for driving strategy, corporate development and continuous business improvement across the global business. Christophe previously worked for Bain & Company where he was a senior principal in Bain’s European Private Equity and technology practices. While at Bain, Christophe focused specifically on the software industry across Europe working extensively with financial investors and management teams on both pre-deal diligence and post-acquisition projects.

Jeremy Roche

Jeremy became CPO in 2017. He is responsible for developing and bringing to market the end-to-end product and customer experience, helping Unit4 customers harness the full potential of cloud. He was previously President and CEO of FinancialForce.com which he founded in 2009 with investment from Unit4 and Salesforce. Under his leadership, the company became the leading cloud ERP vendor with apps built entirely on the Salesforce Cloud Platform. Jeremy served on Unit4’s Executive Committee and remained active at board level throughout his time as FinancialForce CEO.

Haran joined Unit4 in 2017 as the global representative for all domestic businesses in the Unit4 Executive Committee. He joined Unit4 from smartShift Technologies, where he was EVP Corporate Strategy and GM EMEA. Haran has held a number of senior leadership positions in his career including Chief Strategy Officer and EMEA COO at Alcatel-Lucent. He has a proven track record in sales, business development, marketing, and operations working in dynamic international organizations.

Erik Tiden

Erik Tiden joined Unit4 in 2015 with responsibility for implementing Unit4’s product vision across the full product lifecycle comprising product management, application architecture, and research and development for all Unit4 solutions. Erik previously worked for Microsoft where he was General Manager responsible for the global Microsoft Dynamics’ cloud and on-premise solutions business for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to that he served as Vice President Engineering, Business Solutions at Hewlett Packard and also held several executive roles at SAP.

Kara Walsh

Kara Walsh joined Unit4 in 2015 with responsibility for building an infrastructure that supports the full employee lifecycle. Her focus is on creating an environment within which people can grow and contribute. Kara has 17 years’ experience in Human Resources working in private and public sector. She joined Unit4 from SAP where she held a number of senior roles within the Global and Regional HR Leadership Team. Prior to her career in HR she gained General Manager experience at Tower Hamlets Healthcare Trust and Camden and Islington Healthcare Trust in the UK.

Léo Apotheker became Chairman of the Unit4 Board in 2016. He has 29 years' experience in the technology industry and is currently Chairman of KMD in Denmark. He also holds positions as Vice Chairman and Lead Director for Schneider-Electric S.E, and Non-Executive Director at P2 and Nice Systems Inc. He is the former President and CEO of Hewlett-Packard Corporation, and the former CEO of SAP.

Chris Ouwinga has been a member of the Unit4 Board of Directors since 1986. He co-founded Unit4 in 1980 and under his leadership the company became one of Europe's leading suppliers of business software.

Frank Rövekamp

Frank Rövekamp is an experienced executive in airline, telecommunications and information technology. Frank’s other current positions are: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vodafone Germany, member of the Supervisory Board of PostNL N.V., member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Theatre Carré, Vice Chairman of the Board of Vluchtelingenwerk Nederland, member of the "Kasteel de Haar" foundation, and member of the Refugees United foundation. He is former Group Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Vodafone Group plc.

Fred Wakeman

Fred Wakeman is a Managing Partner of Advent International, joining in 1998 and has 19 years’ of private equity experience, as well as being a Non-Executive Board Member of KMD in Denmark, Oberthur Technologies in France and DFS in the United Kingdom. Fred was a Director in GE Capital's equity capital group, where he specialized in later-stage growth capital investments, primarily in the media and business services sectors in both the US and Europe. He previously held positions as Non-Executive Board Member at Radio 538, Radio Zet, HMV Media, Venere, Fat Face and Poundland.

John Woyton

John Woyton is a Director at Advent International, joining in 2009 from 3i Investments where he led technology, media and telecoms investment opportunities. He has over 14 years’ experience investing in the technology industry. John, who also currently holds a Board position at KMD in Denmark, began his career at UBS Investment Bank advising on capital raisings and M&A transactions in the telecoms sector, both in Asia and Europe. Previously John was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group where he was involved in a number of buyout investments and realizations in software, industrial technology, communications and technology services sub-sectors. In the past, he has held Board positions at Cameca, NP Aerospace and Orthogon Systems.
