José Duarte joined UNIT4 as Co-CEO in June 2013 and became CEO in January 2014. José developed most of his professional career at SAP where he held multiple leadership roles, including President of the EMEA & India region as well as President of the Latin America region. Most recently José served as President Global Services and Corporate officer of SAP. His international experience spans software and services, large enterprise and SME, high value and volume businesses.

Ray LeClercq

Ray LeClercq joined UNIT4 in 2014 with responsibility for finance, IT and legal affairs. Ray was previously Managing Director at private equity firm, the Gores Group, where he was responsible for portfolio company oversight and controls. He held CFO and CTO (Chief Transformation Officer) roles at Unify, a unified communications business and a joint venture between Siemens AG and the Gores Group and prior to that was CFO, BT Global Services and CFO, BT Openreach. He began his career in general audit at Coopers and Lybrand.

Wendy Aendekerk

Wendy Aendekerk

Wendy Aendekerk was appointed HR Director in 2013 having originally joined UNIT4 in 2011 as HR Manager. Wendy has responsibility for UNIT4's global HR strategy and policy development. She previously held senior HR positions at the Port of Rotterdam where she led a number of organizational development initiatives, and Berenschot, a consultancy firm in Utrecht. Wendy began her career in the international HR department at ABN Amro Bank in Amsterdam.

Gonçalo Leitão

Gonçalo Leitão joined UNIT4 in 2014 to lead the new global services organization. Gonçalo is responsible for supporting clients in driving high-performance from their UNIT4 solutions, from Consulting to Maintenance and Support. Gonçalo joined UNIT4 from Atos, where he was the Senior Vice-President for SAP services globally. Prior to Atos Gonçalo had a long and successful career at SAP where, among other responsibilities, he held the positions of Senior Vice-President of Services and COO, EMEA and Latin America.

Jeremy Roche

Jeremy is President and CEO of FinancialForce.com, the leading Cloud-ERP company on the Salesforce1 platform. Jeremy was the driving force behind the creation of FinancialForce.com in 2009, a joint venture between UNIT4 and salesforce.com. Before that he was instrumental in the success and global expansion of Coda, a UK-headquartered public company specializing in enterprise accounting applications. In 2008, he led Coda through its acquisition by UNIT4, creating one of Europe's top 10 software vendors.

Stephan Siebe

Stephan Sieber joined UNIT4 in 2014 with responsibility for driving strategy, corporate development as well as continuous business improvement. Stephan previously worked for SAP where he held multiple leadership positions over more than 10 years including Managing Director of SAP Switzerland and Chief Operating Officer of the region DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). He was also a member of the management team of SAP Germany.

Paul Vogel

Paul Vogel joined UNIT4 in 2014 with responsibility for the new global sales organization, driving all sales efforts, and managing the partner ecosystem and customers' success. He was previously Executive Vice-President Global Sales and Services of Siemens' Software Product Lifecycle Management division. Paul has more than 20 years' experience with international sales and general management in software and services. He spent seven years at J.D. Edwards from 1997 before being promoted to Vice President and General Manager for PeopleSoft in Europe.

Ivo Totev

Ivo Totev joined UNIT4 in 2014 with responsibility for UNIT4's global marketing strategy including Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Communications. Ivo joined UNIT4 from Software AG where he served as CMO and Head of the Cloud Business with responsibility for global marketing and product marketing and was a member of the Group Executive Board. Ivo has extensive enterprise software experience, having begun his career at Progress Software. Following that he worked for Forté Software, Sun Microsystems and SAP where he was running product marketing for the NetWeaver Developer platform.

Chris Ouwinga

Chris Ouwinga has been Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Statutory Board of Directors since 1986. He co-founded UNIT4 in 1980 and under his leadership the company became one of Europe's leading suppliers of business software.

Frank Rövekamp

Independent Non-Executive Director

Frank Rövekamp is an experienced executive in airline, telecommunications and information technology. Frank's other current positions are: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Simons Voss Technologies AG, member of the Supervisory Board of PostNL N.V., member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Theatre Carré, Vice Chairman of the Board of Vluchtelingenwerk Nederland, member of the "Kasteel de Haar" foundation, and member of the Refugees United foundation. He is former Group CMO and member of the Executive Committee at Vodafone Group plc.

John Woyton

John Woyton is a Director at Advent International, joining in 2009 from 3i Investments where he led technology, media and telecoms investment opportunities. He has over 14 years’ experience investing in the technology industry. John, who also currently holds a Board position at KMD in Denmark, began his career at UBS Investment Bank advising on capital raisings and M&A transactions in the telecoms sector, both in Asia and Europe. Previously John was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group where he was involved in a number of buyout investments and realizations in software, industrial technology, communications and technology services sub-sectors. In the past, he has held Board positions at Cameca, NP Aerospace and Orthogon Systems.

Fred Wakeman

Fred Wakeman is a Managing Partner and CEO of Advent International, joining in 1998 and has 19 years’ of private equity experience, as well as being a Non-Executive Board Member of KMD in Denmark, Oberthur Technologies in France and DFS in the United Kingdom. Fred was a Director in GE Capital's equity capital group, where he specialized in later-stage growth capital investments, primarily in the media and business services sectors in both the US and Europe. He previously held positions as Non-Executive Board Member at Radio 538, Radio Zet, HMV Media, Venere, Fat Face and Poundland.

Bram Grimmelt

Bram Grimmelt is a Director at Advent International, within Advent's Global Private Equity team focused on the Benelux, while also being part of the Global Retail, Consumer and Leisure sector team. Based in London, Bram joined Advent in 2005 from the Dutch office of Waterland. With 10 years' experience to his credit he is responsible for investment activity in The Netherlands while also currently being a Director for Mediq. Prior to that, he held positions at Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Nucletron and Delft Instruments Holding.

Léo Apotheker

Léo Apotheker is Vice Chairman of UNIT4. He has 29 years' experience in the technology industry and is currently Chairman of KMD in Denmark. He also holds positions as Vice Chairman and Lead Director for Schneider-Electric S.E, and Non-Executive Director at P2 and Nice Systems Inc. He is the former President and CEO of Hewlett-Packard Corporation, and the former CEO of SAP.

Bret Bolin

Bret Bolin is a leader in the enterprise software space with over 20 years’ experience. Bret currently holds Board positions at KMD, eFront and The Oil and Gas Asset Clearinghouse. Previously, he was Executive Chairman and CEO of Misys and P2 Energy Solutions and has also held senior management and Board positions at Ventyx, Inc. and SourceNet Solutions, Inc.
