Forrester Wave names Unit4 a strong performer in Cloud Human Capital Management
We’re excited to announce that Forrester has named us a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Cloud Human Capital Management Suites, Q2 2020 Report.
We’re particularly pleased with the report’s findings in our vendor profile that “Unit4 is a promising option for midsized to large, global organizations (more than 2,000 employees) that operate in nonprofit, higher education, the public sector, and professional services.”
A review of the capabilities of the 11 most significant providers in the market, the report evaluates vendors based on 30 different criteria split into three categories— strategy, market presence, and current offering. The report cites our industry-specific people experience focus and states the expectation that we will continue our efforts to simplify and align our user experience across our main offering and supporting products.
The report shows where we’ll have further opportunities to display our capabilities—it states that only 45% of global software decision makers are happy with their HCM solution, and 53% are actively researching the alternatives.
- According to the report, among others, two areas of priority for businesses to keep in mind to find the most suitable vendor are: Focus on innovating to match changing market needs
- Prioritize the “service” element of software as a service
Understand that the "product suite" doesn't always win — customers do. We believe that when using this report as a guide, companies will realize the importance of HCM as both a strategic need and a digital transformation priority in the face of our current unprecedented circumstances in both the economy and the workplace.
We’d like to thank Forrester for including us in this report, and look forward to growing and achieving more in the months and years to come.
This is our first time in a Forrester Wave™ evaluation, and we’re more than happy with the findings. We’re confident that our future endeavors will take us from strength to strength as we realize the benefits of our continuing investment in our HCM product, and we continue to acquire and satisfy new customers in all regions globally.
We’re well positioned to do this already: our Chief Product Officer Matthias Thurner was recently named as one of Human Resource Executive’s Top 100 HR Influencers in Tech for 2020. Which means our most senior leaders are already setting the tone for how companies should examine the challenges of modern Human Capital Management, and that our thinking and products are already at the cutting edge of what’s possible in the market.
