How Atlantic Technological University Connected ERP and Source-to-Contract to Elevate Procurement

When multiple higher education institutions merge, unifying operations across campuses can quickly become complex. Atlantic Technological University (ATU) faced this challenge head-on across western and northwestern Ireland. By integrating Unit4 ERP with Source-to-Contract (S2C), ATU transformed its procurement and finance operations into an end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) engine.

ATU expanded its Unit4 footprint by bringing Source-to-Contract into the fold alongside Unit4 ERP. This integration bridged the gap between upstream sourcing and downstream financial execution, creating a unified Source-to-Pay workflow.
