Jean de Villiers, our Chief Customer Officer, opened the event by reflecting on the progress we’ve made over the past year, including our successful transition to a pure Cloud model, a growing number of ERPx go-lives, and an accelerating pace of Cloud migrations across industries.

Moderated by Jennifer Sherman, the fireside chat focused on overcoming implementation challenges, adapting workflows, and the value of peer support.  

Both municipalities started fresh with Unit4, and their collaboration highlighted the importance of empathy and partnership in driving successful change.
