“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Julie and Brad to the team at this exciting time in the company’s development,” said Mike Ettling, Unit4 CEO. “We made an early decision to build our core ERP as a modern, extensible, cloud-native platform. Combined with our HCM and analytics, we’re enabling better experiences for people. Julie and Brad are world-class strategic marketers who will help us add sizzle to the steak.”

Julie has spent most of her career in senior-level marketing roles at organizations focused on people and the technology that drives people performance and development. She joins Unit4 from Topia, a leader in global mobility management solutions, where she was a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to that she was the first CMO at Reflektive, where she helped establish the company as a leader in the best-of-breed employee performance management category. Other career highlights include Cisco, SuccessFactors and Zendesk, a cloud leader in customer experience. Julie is currently a board member on the Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA), the second-largest HR association in the US serving a community of more than 30,000 professionals.

Brad brings decades of experience to Unit4’s marketing, having previously served as CMO of OneSource Virtual, and led marketing for HR consulting and payroll experts NGA and Northgate, as well as Xerox Business Services division.

“The way people experience enterprise technology is becoming increasingly important as organizations fight to retain the best talent,” said Julie Knight. “I share the same passion as Unit4 – to change the people experience associated with ERP – and I’m excited to join a company with such a strong vision and commitment to its customers and their people.”
