London, UK, 15th December, 2025 – Unit4, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for people-centric organisations, is closing the second half of 2025 with positive momentum across the business.

Celebrating a Milestone: 100th ERPx Go-Live

Unit4 has always been focused on delivering technology that enables people and service-oriented organisations to better serve their customers. Celebrating the 100th successful customer go-live of its flagship product, ERPx, is a significant milestone in the company’s journey to empowering forward-thinking, trailblazing businesses with cutting-edge, future-proof enterprise solutions. By making AI-powered technology accessible for its customers, Unit4 is setting a new industry standard with ERPx and disrupting the status quo. ERPx go-live customers include:

Transforming the Office of the CFO for the era of Agentic AI

In September, the company hosted Unit4 Financials by Coda Customer Day to outline how it will support its customers as they transform the Office of the CFO for the era of Agentic AI. Unit4 recognises Coda has long been the trusted financial management solution for CFOs around the world, and now, as Agentic AI rapidly automates processes, finance teams will require more agility and more real-time analysis to support their decision making. Unit4’s Coda team will bring their expertise in aligning product and commercial strategies to accelerate innovation in the product roadmap in areas such as AI, the user interface and analytics, while also strengthening the partner strategy to deliver more value to enterprise customers.

Principal Analyst, PAC

Nick Mayes, Principal Analyst at industry analyst firm PAC, said: “Unit4 is building real momentum at a pivotal time for client organisations as they modernise their core ERP and financial applications. The company’s laser-focus on the people-centric industries that it serves, is helping to position ERPx and Coda as key platforms for driving agility and resilience while harnessing the growing potential of artificial intelligence.”

Culture of continuous growth

Unit4 takes great pride in investing in its people, and the Learning Festival is the company’s annual two-week event dedicated to learning and development. It is designed to complement a culture of continuous growth, where learning is part of everyday work. This year the focus was on Artificial Intelligence (AI), a force reshaping the software and technology landscape. From foundational concepts and ethical considerations to addressing common fears and exploring how AI is used at Unit4, the festival brought together over 800 people in eight global hubs and over 2,000 attendees for 42 virtual sessions, supported by key partners including Microsoft, ServiceNow and Gainsight, in total delivering a curated curriculum of more than 20,000 hours of AI learning. This investment continues to help shape Unit4’s AI-enabled future for its people and customers.

Achieving C5 Type 1 Attestation

Unit4 has improved its existing Information Security Management Framework, which was already certified to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 2, and are proud to have achieved the C5 (Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue) Type 1 Attestation, a cybersecurity attestation framework developed by Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). It is designed specifically for cloud service providers. This enhancement is testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to security, compliance and operational excellence. It also reinforces the dedication to safeguarding customer data and maintaining the highest standards of trust.

Customer benefits include:

  • Trust: Independent validation of Unit4’s security posture
  • Transparency: Publicly available audit report
  • Compliance: Meets EU and German regulatory expectations
  • Credibility: Aligns with stringent EU expectations, boosting confidence in data protection and operational maturity.

Simon Paris, CEO, Unit4, said: “People-centricity is the North Star for Unit4. We remain dedicated to enabling our people and customers to achieve goals more efficiently and effectively, so it was fantastic to celebrate our 100th ERPx customer in H2, with hundreds more “in the wings”, either signed and en route to go-live or in the contracting stages. It is also why we continue to invest in our core products, such as Unit4 Financials by Coda, and our people with the AI Learning Festival. The world of work is changing dramatically and rapidly, which can create uncertainty for everyone, so our commitment to innovation and customer success sends a message that we are 100% focused on creating even greater value for our customers while also enabling our employees to understand how work should feel with the support of AI tools.”
