Is it really free?
Yes. It's a free trial of our AI: full access, no charge, no commitment to buy.
How do I get the offer?
Sign up any time between 1 July and 31 December 2026. Registration closes on 31 December 2026.
How long do I get free access?
From the day you sign up through to 31 August 2027, completely free, when the offer ends. The sooner you sign up, the longer you get.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing automatic, and no obligation. There's no commitment to buy. You're free to switch the AI off and stop using it, or keep it on under a standard subscription. Entirely your call.
Do I need to install or migrate anything?
No. Unit4 AI is built into the platform you already run. Activation switches it on in your existing environment.
Is there a usage limit?
There's a generous fair use cap, set high enough that everyday use won't reach it. No metering and no overage charges within fair use.
Is the AI safe to switch on?
Yes. Every AI action is bounded by your policies, attributable to a named human and fully reconstructible. Your data stays yours.
