If you’re having difficulties logging into Community4U please work through the suggestions below, which cover the most frequent scenarios/issues.
Login email
Customers and Partners
You will log in using the email address you have registered in Community4U. Please check your mailbox for an email sent from “Community4U” ([email protected]).
Unit4 team members
You will log in using the email address ending in @c4u.unit4.com.
Don’t remember your login email or don't have any login credentials?
- Contact the Key User from your organization.
Don't know who your Key User is or are facing any technical issues?
- As a Customer/Partner: send an email to [email protected]
- As a Unit4 team member: contact Unit4 Employee Service Center
Login password
If you had credentials before November 4th 2022
- You will be able to log in with the same password as before. If you do not remember your password, you can easily reset it in the login page - click on “Forgot password?” and follow the suggested steps.
If you are a new user after November 4th 2022
- You should have received an activation email from “Community4U” ([email protected]). Click on the activation button in the email and follow the steps which will allow you to set up your password.
Reset password
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
- On the login page, enter your login email. Click on "Next" and then click “Forgot password?”
- Click on the button “Send Email” to receive an email from “Community4U” ([email protected]) in your mailbox to reset your password.
- After opening the email, click on “Reset Password”.
- A new page will open where you will be able to set up your new password.
After checking your spam folder, if you did not receive the email from “Community4U” ([email protected]) to reset your password, please contact us:
- As a Customer/Partner: send an email to [email protected]
- As a Unit4 team member: contact Unit4 IT Help Desk
Unable to access Community4U?
- Make sure to try directly via https://community.unit4.com/ as bookmarks or favorite links can contain an expired URL.
- Make sure your web browser is up to date.
- If you still have troubles logging in in Community4U, make sure to clean your browser’s cookies, as explained here. This will ensure that your browser forgets your old login details to optimize your navigation.
- Alternatively, try accessing Community4U with your browser in a “Private Window” mode.
