Stepping into the role of General Manager for Unit4 Financials by Coda and FP&A is an exciting milestone, reinforcing our commitment to strengthening the support and innovation our customers rely on. With significant experience scaling SaaS, FinTech, and enterprise software businesses from start-up to global scale, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative technology can be when it’s aligned with the real needs of finance leaders.

Throughout my career, I’ve led organizations through rapid expansion and change across every stage of growth. 

That journey has given me end-to-end leadership experience across all company functions. What I’ve learned is simple: strategy only matters when it translates into measurable outcomes for customers. That principle will guide everything I do at Unit4 across sales, customer success, support, marketing, product, engineering, finance, legal, and people operations.

Defining the future direction of Unit4 Financials by Coda and FP&A 

My focus will be on shaping the strategic path forward for our products, our markets, and our enterprise customers. That means: 

  • Accelerating innovation in our product roadmap, especially in areas such as AI, user experience, and reporting 

  • Strengthening our partner ecosystem to deliver even more value and flexibility 

  • Ensuring our solutions evolve to meet the demands of modern finance teams who require speed, clarity, and intelligent automation
