Background

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), a leader in the global fight to end HIV and AIDS, previously relied on separate, siloed systems that were not intended to support a project and grant-heavy nonprofit organization. This fragmented approach made it difficult to determine the actual state of the organization – data sourced from different systems typically led to different answers. For a growing nonprofit with global reach, this was unsustainable.

With Unit4 ERPx, EGPAF is now transforming projects, funding, and operational management across 12 countries. This visionary nonprofit is using AI-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) to unify its global operations, redirect vital funds back to the fight to end pediatric AIDS, and save hundreds of thousands of dollars in the first year.

How we helped

  • Transformed donor relationships – Accurately measuring and reports on the use of funds.

  • Streamlined project management – Near real-time performance analysis to track project progress.

  • Accelerated reporting – Monitoring expenditure and income from grants to ensure compliance.

The unified ERPx platform replaced five legacy systems, saving hundreds of thousands in the first year—money now channeled back into front-line services to save lives.
