Save your Finance team from stress and frustration, with smarter month-end reporting.
Cloud ERP and accounting software built for people, not just processes.
Legacy ERP systems force your people to adapt to rigid processes. Unit4 ERPx adapts to how service organizations actually work, connecting finance, HR, and projects through flexible workflows and AI that helps instead of hinders. Ava (Unit4's Advanced Virtual Agent) works inside Microsoft Teams, so your people can approve invoices, review timesheets and get product help without switching tools. According to research by Infotech, 87% of users rate Unit4 as essential to their professional success.
Manage the complete record-to-report accounting cycle in one ERP system. Unit4 handles general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and multi-entity consolidation with built-in compliance for GAAP and IFRS. Real-time financial data flows into dashboards that surface insights, not just numbers, with Ava flagging anomalies and surfacing what needs attention before month-end. When finance is automated, your team stops closing the books and starts advising the business.
Manage the full employee lifecycle in the same platform that runs your finances and projects. Unit4 handles core workforce data, absence and leave, and organizational changes in one place. Because HR, payroll, and finance share one system, a new hire or role change updates everywhere at once. Ava helps employees and managers find answers and keep on top of their tasks, right inside Microsoft Teams. When your people data is connected, you can plan capacity and forecast costs based on what's actually happening.
Track every project from creation to final invoice in one system. Monitor budgets, bill accurately, and see profitability in real-time. Resource planning connects to HR data so you know who's available and who's overbooked. Time and expenses flow automatically into project costing and client billing, and managers can review timesheets with Ava in Microsoft Teams. When projects and finance share the same platform, you catch margin erosion before it's too late.
Automate purchasing from requisition to payment. Unit4 Procurement gives you visibility into what's being bought, who's buying it, and what it costs. Control maverick spending with approval workflows and preferred supplier catalogs. Negotiate better prices with spend analytics that show exactly where your money goes and highlight maverick spend and savings opportunities across categories. When procurement is transparent, budgets stay intact and suppliers stay competitive.
