Background
The University of East Anglia (UEA) is home to more than 17,000 students. Established in 1963 and located in Eastern England, the university is consistently ranked among the top 30 universities in the UK and in the top 20 for research quality.
UEA has been using Unit4 ERP on-premises for more than 10 years. A single source of truth has supported the University in its drive for financial management control and visibility, including core finance, expenses, and source to contract. However, budget pressures and growing demand for research funding require agile, change-ready financial management, so the university was eager to capitalize on the advantages of the Cloud.
