Unit4 Recognized as Champion by Users in SoftwareReviews’ ERP Emotional Footprint Report

Unit4, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for mid-market services organizations, today announced that it has been named as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) champion by ERP software users in SoftwareReviews’ latest Emotional Footprint Awards.

Using their Emotional Footprint methodology, Software Reviews aggregates emotional footprint scores across 26 dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product. Unit4 ranked 2nd among 21 ERP providers and was awarded ‘champion’ status when people were asked if their ERP vendor is a catalyst to greater innovation, if the software saves time, and if it is performance enhancing. Unit4’s Net Emotional Footprint score of +86 is one of the highest among all the vendors, showing very positive user feeling towards the company and its ERP solutions.

Unit4 highlights from the user survey include:

  • Unit4 ERP is one of the most highly rated ERP systems in 2020
  • +88% of Unit4’s ERP users are satisfied with the way the company provides a good customer service in terms of quality and effectiveness
  • Strategy and innovation as well as product impact are two notable strengths of Unit4 ERP versus other vendors.
  • +88% of users are also happy with how Unit4 negotiated, with +87% happy with the transparency with which they were dealt

SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, evaluates and ranks products based on emotional response ratings from IT and business professionals. By providing a comprehensive evaluation of products in the ERP market, the guide is designed to help prospective purchasers make better decisions by leveraging the experiences of real users.

Unit4 recently announced its next-generation cloud ERP solution for mid-market services organizations, ERPx which will be available in Q1 2021. It will deliver fully integrated ERP, HCM and FP&A, on a unified architecture, with rapid deployment and industry-specific innovations out-of-the-box. Its modern cloud platform is also designed to enable customers and partners to consume and build new services simply that help them differentiate and pivot as business conditions change.
