Bristol, UK & Utrecht, Netherlands, 25 July, 2017 -- Unit4, a world leader in enterprise systems for professional services, announces IMC Worldwide has selected Unit4 Professional Services Automation (PSA) Suite to support its growing world class project team, as it looks to maximise the positive impacts of its programs.
IMC Worldwide is one of the world’s leading international development consultancies. In 2016, IMC undertook 112 projects and assignments in more than 40 countries, with the total value of projects contracted at £150 million between 2016 and 2018. Its purpose is to empower the poor and disadvantaged in low and middle income countries. IMC helps them develop and connect the necessary hard and soft infrastructure from transport networks that link impoverished farmers to markets, or health and education facilities for communities, to developing institutions, systems and skills required to deliver public services to the disadvantaged.
Unit4 PSA Suite is an out-of-the-box front end solution for professional services organisations. It is a modern, cloud solution with native Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration, that will support IMC to improve performance through real-time insight and enhanced visibility across projects and teams. It will support them to achieve their vision and build a better future through:
- A complete view of projects and teams, enabling careful management and adjustments to ensure successful completion and maximum impacts.
- Early engagement with opportunities supporting turnover growth and entry into new territories.
- An improved experience for partners, clients, staff and other stakeholders.
- More and bigger project wins based on improved historical outcomes, and the ability to determine which projects will deliver the biggest impact.
“IMC is committed to delivering outstanding value for society and our clients, fair returns for our shareholders, and building a world class global team. We work closely with all key stakeholders throughout each project, from the disadvantaged and governments to donors and clients, to ensure solutions are locally driven, contextually appropriate and produce maximum social, economic and environmental value,” said Steve Monger, Director at IMC Worldwide. “We are always looking for modern technology that will help us increase our programme impact and the value for money for donors. Unit4 PSA Suite will ensure visibility across all projects and teams which we didn’t have before, and significantly improve reporting. It’s vital we manage project resourcing and utilisation well as we are very much reliant on freelance staff. Also, the ability to forecast and keep up with changing requirements as we undertake projects will benefit us hugely.”
IMC will work with Qgate, a UK partner, to activate and implement the software.
