I recently connected with Mike Drew, Partner and Global Head of the Odgers Berndtson Executive Search’s Global Technology Practice as part of their ‘At Home’ video series with technology sector CEO’s.

We discussed learnings from the global COVID-19 crisis on leading through disruption and the importance of being agile in response to challenges.

As a global technology company, we were quick to adapt our ways of working, and our business strategy. Being able to pivot quickly with transparency and empathy for people is the single most important response a leader can demonstrate.
