Now More Than Ever, The CEO Cannot Be Elusive
According to research we recently conducted, over a third (36%) of the UK workforce said they had not had any contact at all with their own CEO. At times like these, it’s time for that to change. The world is changing, and leaders must change with it. The demands of the CEO role have evolved to keep up with the world. Three key things needed for CEOs to survive nowadays are visibility, empathy and inclusivity. By actively asking for people’s opinions and considering them, your people will get a positive sense of trust and transparency. As one of our key values at Unit4 says: people first, everything else will follow.
By actively asking for people’s opinions and considering them, your people will get a positive sense of trust and transparency.
