SoftwareReviews 2021 Enterprise Resource Planning Data Quadrant

Unit4 is named as a gold medallist following feedback provided by customers via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors are rated on product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner. The SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant evaluates and ranks products based on feedback from IT and business professionals. Aggregated emotional response ratings are included in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint and Unit4 ERP received one of the highest scores in customer relationship management with a Net Emotional Footprint of +82.

“A gold medallist such as Unit4 is a great example of the type of people-centric cloud software organization that companies should be considering when reviewing their business needs,” said Robert Fayle, Research Director, Info-Tech Research Group. “Unit4’s customer-first approach to giving your people the means to focus on what matters, and the people they serve will benefit, is testament to the great experience their customers receive.”

“This recognition further substantiates our progress over the past few years. Most recently the launch of ERPx, the most significant development in the company’s 40-year history, and a strategic growth buyout by TA Associates announced in March,” said Brad Everett, VP of Corporate Marketing, Unit4. “Despite the economic conditions as a result of the global pandemic, we are seeing mid-market, people-centric organizations accelerating projects to reduce legacy system costs and gain system agility. We will continue to focus on ensuring that our customers find the best path back to growth and success, with software that is right for their business and designed around their specific needs.”
