Mike Ettling
Chief Executive Officer
I’m a CEO, Investor, builder of world-class teams, champion of diversity and continuous learner, and I’m passionate about people. From my first leadership role in the Boy Scouts, to exec positions in the tech industry, my career has revolved around elevating, engaging and enabling people. I joined Unit4 to get the market as excited in our unique approach to enterprise tech as I am. We’re building systems that change how people experience work, and the impact will be huge.
Outside of work I’m a proud father, Liverpool supporter and South African.
Matthew Bagley
Chief Financial Officer
For me, the most important asset of a company is its people, and I am passionate about nurturing and developing talent – not just in my teams but across the whole company. I enjoy building high-performing finance teams that are true business partners to the company’s senior leaders and are critical to efficiently scaling high-growth technology companies.
When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family, travelling, enjoying good food, and I’m also a keen golfer.
Morgan Seigler
Managing Director & Co-Head European Technology Group, TA Associates
I joined TA in 2002 and have more than 16 years of investing experience. I helped start TA’s Europe office and I now co-lead TA’s European Technology Group. I have led investments in software, financial technology, online/e-commerce and semiconductor companies. I am deeply involved in driving organic growth as well as complementary acquisitions for all of my portfolio companies.
Outside of work, I am a family man and enjoy too many sports.
Bilge Ogut
Partner, Global Head Private Equity Technology, Partners Group
I am responsible for Partner Group's investments in technology globally and use this privilege to support exceptional teams with proven solutions in enhancing business processes. Having started my career in the US as a growth investor more than 20 years ago, I have a lifelong passion for the dynamism in the tech sector. I am an enthusiastic and excited participant in Unit4's journey ahead.
When I am not using my compute cycles for understanding how tech can create outsized investment returns, I try to be engaged with contemporary art. I love to cook, read and travel with my family to explore new places.
Debbie Dunnam
Chief Commercial Officer, Dropbox
I’ve spent more than 30 years within sales, marketing and operations, working for some of the world’s leading technology companies. During this time, I have enjoyed working with a diverse group of people driving innovation, delivering revenue and building strong, collaborative leadership teams. I have a real passion for creating partnerships with customers throughout their digital transformations, delivering consistent results using non-traditional approaches.
Passions outside of work include spending time with my family at home in Austin, travelling around Texas Hill Country enjoying all the unique shops, restaurants and the sights. I also spend a lot of time doing lots of different classes on my Peloton.
Chris Bayne
CEO, The Access Group
Since becoming CEO of The Access Group in 2011, I have led each private equity investment round resulting in Access becoming one of the fastest growing UK headquartered SaaS software companies with global expansion into Asia Pacific.
My role at Access as CEO is to drive not only the results and our vision for revolutionizing business software for mid-market organizations, but also to inspire and lead our Access people as we grow globally.
Naveen Wadhera
Co-Head European Technology Group, TA Associates
I joined TA in 2001 and have more than 20 years of experience in private equity and financial services. I now co-head TA's Europe Technology Group, focusing on investments in technology companies across Europe. I am actively involved in growth investments across Asia and other emerging markets as well, having previously founded TA’s Asia efforts in India and Hong Kong. I love helping my portfolio companies drive growth, whether organically or through acquisitions, and am always learning from the incredible management teams we work with.
Away from work, I am a father to three amazing kids, love to travel, and follow all things Boston sports.
Stefan Dandl
Director, TA Associates
Having joined TA Associates in 2013 as a technology investor, I’m passionate about working with exciting technology companies, and delighted to be partnering with the Unit4 team.
Prior to joining TA, I worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and the piano.
Charles Rees
Senior Investment Leader, Private Equity Technology, Partners Group
As a member of the Technology Investments practice at Partners Group, I have the privilege of partnering with visionary teams changing the way we work together through technology. I am inspired by Unit4’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, all in the service of enabling better people experiences for its customers and employees. I look forward to supporting the team on the journey ahead, as we continue to expand the Company's reach and impact.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family and I’m a big rugby fan, which can lead to some passionate pre-board discussions.
